NIRBHAYA : the face of our legislation

















this post will be a bit long because the way to justice also took very much long.
story of violence on women has been heard and discussed since the origin of mankind i guess. so this post is not another story of crime against a lady. it's much more terrible than that.
Nirbhaya was said to be the" rarest of rare cases" of crime,but that became a misunderstanding right after when there were another  terrible rapes and murder  without any break.
Nirbhaya case happened in Delhi , India which reveals not only the condition of a women here,but also  what the condition of legislation is here and the mind set of  people.
a tragedy of humanity,sanity,security, and all existing good terms for thoughtfulness, rather makes me puke and wonder that how come such evil act still is not able scare some people and rather giving them the GUTS! to say something like this....↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓

 " the victims were responsible for the assault because they should not have been using public transportation and, as an unmarried couple, they should not have been on the streets at night.   "Until today I have not seen a single incident or example of rape with a respected lady. Even an underworld don would not like to touch a girl with respect. the male victim "wholly responsible" for the incident because he "failed in his duty to protect the woman".                                                                       
these were the words of someone call Manohar lal sharma(name as per wiki), who were one of the convicts lawyer.
Now this is the condition of legislation earlier mentioned. those culprits even got THE LAWYERS to DEFEND THEM. well i don't know much about civics, its rather crucial to keep judiciary and law pragmatic and keeping everyone equal under it's eyes. no emotional decision is allowed etc etc. but these terms was the first step in ending the JUSTICE! for someone who didn't deserve to die like that at all.(if you don't know about this case well please google for holy sake) and also the mentality of maybe a 30-40-50 or over years old man (educated man because he is a "lawyer") and maybe these things were just an incarnation of greed of money over respecting and manifestation of dignity of not a women but human! the saddest part is that till the end there was someone who didn't deny to defend those low lives and guiding them to how to delay their deaths. the brutality which they did was never delayed! injustice the second time.

 Now comes the JJB(juvenile justice board). one of the convicts was 17 year old and 6 months at the time he raped someone. how come the brain grows and morality high jumps from raping someone "mistakenly" to know it's a sin in six months. that was something absurd but hey! that is PRACTICAL sorry as per 18 is 18 and not 17 and 6 months. also he deserves to learn some skills and start a new life because now he has become a better human and not at all a threat to some girl or maybe a boy who knows! people now knows sex first at the age of 13 and long after about sci,commerce and arts. so i would suggest you all to beware he is out there roaming free.

 now comes DEATH PENALTY,  which was tried to make as a joke by those rapists and their lawyer by applying MERCY PETITION! that too to the president. this shows the hypocrisy of man kind. we love our life,we are scared of death, we would not be even ashamed to beg for forgiveness for a heinous act which was the same in feelings and fear as they have now. except for the fact those rapists deserves it. 
 the Death penalty was delayed three times! because of some absurd laws.their lawyer AP Singh said that he would not let the hanging happen ever. he even says that if speak about the victim,her mother is also a culprit's mother as she didn't knew where her daughter was till midnight. (i mean people like him is out there, so happy enduring the world,the life) But we can understand his outrage,after all he lost at the end by god's grace.

 the rapists were hanged on March 20,2020 at 5:30 am.

 It's definitely not criticizing the law still after serving the justice and taking the right decision, it's an outrage of serving the justice after giving the rapists a chance to breath for 7 years who didn't deserve it for 7 seconds!  the Girl's family has to suffer like it was them  who is at the guilt. and it's not only this case,our judiciary is not meant in a way as it could serve the real justice, which can scare the hell out of a soul like  how a lion's image is ,which is on our emblem too, because justice delayed is INJUSTICE and this legislation on this sensitive issues like rape and murder (either of a common women or a man) has failed to do so.
 If the plethora of cases due this country's population is the excuse, then the need of fast track courts and sensible lawyers in making shouldn't bethe key highlight of this country?

but the most important how come the selfishness and inhumanity has become the theory of co-existence?
